My team is more like a group of individuals, they never come up with a solution as a team.

I have fantastic plans but cannot get others to agree on them

Projects always go over budget, and/or result in customer dissatisfaction

Everybody works hard but I have the feeling that nothing is completed by the end of the day/week/month

My employees have several ways of doing things, others complain about this all the time

I keep telling my team members / employees to focus on something, but after a short lived improvement, things always return to bad

The same type of problems keep accuring. I feel like we are constantly fixing issues but nothing is improving over the long term

One team or person is working hard to improve things structurally, but the rest of the organization is not interested in that

Nobody is following my lead, I am the only one trying to improve here...
